Well done Buddy, Great work, clear precise commentary and a good bit of music to finish with. Your Videos just get better and better. I cannot think how long that must have taken, not just the work on the Intercooler but the video work, setting up the shots ( I still love the anonymity aspect) and the video editing. A real tour de force.

An air oil separator helps a ton with keeping oil out of the intake on boxer engine. I grabbed the IAG one, since it runs coolant through to keep the aos the same temperature as the engine. No condensation build up with the coolant running.

Howdy, enjoyed this video ( as always) , to be honest the vapor blaster stirs the rage of jealously😁. I have used plastic tool called a fin comb to straighten cooling fins in various radiators. Here ours get bent by 110kph+ impact with pre historic bugs. Tried flat blade screwdrivers, never tweezers though.😀

From the thumbnail I was wondering how the heck you got the fins so clean. low pressure vapor blasting makes sense! I really want to find some kind of rubber tipped perfectly sized and shaped tool to straighten fins. They never seen to come out just right even with the combs I have. I do have a 3D printer now. Maybe I should just make something. Great work!

There is a specific tool for doing those radiator fins. I once had a blocked rad while in Cornwall and the place I went to took off the header and bottom, unclogged the core and resoldered it, then straightened all the fins with the tool.

Um, I'm pretty sure that spray coat of "sealer" you put on there will actually decrease the intercooler efficiency, just like a coat of paint will. It probably won't be much, but it would be measurable.

Congratulations. Because there is a need in the world for people who really do their job and who are not afraid to explain and show their work. A person who really does his job does not show off and does not wander around saying "me, me, me". There is nothing worse in life than applauding yourself. For example; It is not possible for a theater actor to stand in front of the audience and applaud himself after his play is over. If it happens, the audience will not come again. You explain and guide like a good teacher. I congratulate and applaud you again. You show how what should be and what is right should not be in this unreliable and incredible capitalist world. Please continue like this. People and humanity need it. Because they don't explain what was done and humanity always pays the price.
