MG Epyon EW (Part 2: Parts a) Gundam Wing gunpla model review

I don't think a HG can be comparable to a MG... especially a HG of that time... I had one of the HG set then when I was younger, and as compared to other Wing/Gundam X/ G Gundam HG kits I should say the HG Epyon is one of the best of its generation and level... Thankfully Bandai repaid our patience after 15 years to release the MG version. Gosh Epyon is beautiful!

to be honest i'm a bit dissapointed i rather had the old epyon getting the master grade treatment since thats the one we know and love from the anime etc

@topsyturvy84 I would also love to see actual anime versions made into MGs but seems like Bandai thinks that these EW versions sell better so they release these instead.

MG Aegis from seed wouln`t be hard to do hafther this one evant if i don`t like seed that much but the Aegis was awsome and a transformable one two

@AsianTaeHyun If it helps any, hobby websites sell different sets of Gundam markers. Sometimes designated for seperate series' (i.e. there are sets for Gundam SEED and Gundam OO) hlj and amazon have stocks of them. Well...this all applies if you order your kits and supplies online, if not then I would have no other idea besides local hobby shops xD

I love all these remake kits. But I see it as a rip-off when the manipulators aren't pose-able in a MG kit. It makes it more of a lesser grade when its like that.

do you find that the heat rod pieces could be prone to breaking? Just ordered the epyon after drooling over the various reviews but was curious if the plastic seemed a bit more brittle ( read this on forums but wanted to see if it was true lol)

See I dont really like the new epyon. I like the way the old one was done up then new one is just like ... you think that looks better? Though I have to say that there are parts that I do like from the new one just more style from the old one more.
