It takes anywhere from one month to 2 months to ship material from italy to india depending on the ship's route so one can tell how fresh that flour they used was along with those "Canned preserved" preserved tomatos. Truffle is basically just just adding gold to your dish. And Parmesan cheeze is expensive because(as per my knowledge which can have errors) it can only be produced from the milk of a particular breed of cows living in a particular region only ,along with aging its cost obviously is sky high. To be honest I would prefer local made fresh ingredients' dish rather than this.
