My up date process can't get pass the boot loader. I am using window 10 it just won't recognized my radio. Tried different usb cable, still no luck. Any suggestions?

How can I do a factory reset? My unit's screen has gone bananas and will not recover whatever I do.

Re load the firmware but if you have red buttons use that firmware its different .

I'm not seeing a further calibration video, did you need to do anything else after the firmware upgrade? (Other than the screen)

After firmware you turn off radio then hold your stylus on screen then when radio booths you can calibrate screen.
