Hi, because it can be picked up by a crane and transported to another location. It is prefabricated building, not made of bricks.

In the USA we have a lot of mobile home parks ..also mobile homes actually have a trailer underneath with wheels it so they can actually Hook it up To a truck and pull it ...because most of the time they have wheels underneath this one is more like a modular home. It doesn't have wheels underneath but if you look to the right when the video first starts there's a mobile home on the right hand side of this home it has wheels underneath. We have a lot of these types of parks where all the mobile homes sit and people live in these mobile home parks. It's just like a house like a community of houses all together. But they're mobile homes 😅 I hope that explanation helps
