A supersport as a first bike is a bad idea. Go for a CBR650R or a Ninja 650.

you need to put gabro stacks and upmap tune im able to hit 140ish consistently and 150s sometimes, and the acel is so much better.

Is a Yamaha R6 a good first bike?

It's a great second bike but too difficult to safely start on (you won't have fun if you can't trust your bike & skills). R7 is a much better bet, it's got 72hp which is the perfect "let's have fun" beginner amount and looks fire too. Just my two cents! GL bud'!

U can 100 percent start on a 600 just be in extremely low rpm. When u start gettin to 8-13k rpm thats when it kicks.
