I've had these for about a year and a half. These are the best shocks I've had on any vehicle. I'm sure Falcon is as good, maybe better, but I don't think I'll buy anything else when these go. The versatility, quality and price make these an easy choice.

Just installed these on my JK a few days ago as part of the Rancho 2" lift kit. The ride is amazing. I have a 2 door jk with hardtop...used setting 1 on the fronts and 3 in the rear.

I just installed a pair today. What’s the most comfortable setting on a Ram 2500? Let’s just say I don’t want to feel AMY bumps whatsoever. I know these aren’t intended for that but I want the softest ride possible.

I have them on my 2020 Ram 2500 HD Bighorn. The front is set at 3 and the rear is set at 5. Very satisfied with the ride. mgf

I've had my Rs 9000 for about 5 years now. They only have maybe 10000 miles on them though. But when I ride on kind of rough fire roads the actual adjustments change On their own down to the lower settings. I like them on the firm setting. I got tired of climbing under There and changing the settings back to the firm settings. So I just glued the knob with some hot glue and now they stay put. Would something like this be covered under the Limited lifetime warranty

Rancho recommends setting 1-3 for off road use to allow maximum undulation. Setting 4-6 for highway and normal use, settings 7-9 for towing and other heavy loads.

Does the knob break when rock climbing and can you aim the dial to the inside instead of outside. What could I use so they don't rust, I live in the northeast area with alot of salted roads?
@ShockSurplus8 жыл бұрын
The knob will only break if there's impact on it, which can happen during rock crawling or driving fast on rocky / gravel roads. There are lower shock guards you can install on the lower shock mount. You can also turn the shock so that the knob faces away from road debris kicking up. There's no saving the shocks against rust and salt though.

On My rear RS9000xl shocks the setting button faces rearward. The buttons front struts face the tire. This was recommended by Freedom 4x4 who loaded the struts for me.
