Always felt that Montessori influenced multimedia principle, which would fall under those early 20th dates for the research cited too.

Quite possibly for sure. I had a difficult time finding the early sources and ones I did were incomplete or broken links.

@@RaymePastore Hahah Go figure! There is an old print copy of her original publication in the university library. But the way "exceptional students" was translated in that may have prompted the "open-minded" to burn that one too. lol ...BTW, gotta say it, so much for "whatever you put online stays there forever," especially these days! smh Oi Vey! But I evidently was wrong about whether or not Twitch was going to be popular. Failed to cash in on that, and as others were saying a decade ago to become a content creator on YT while it's on the incline. Coulda shoulda woulda...! At any rate, it's good to see that you are still doing well. Keep fighting the good fight!!! +++

Thank You for the enriching video mentioning Mayer's Cognitive Theory of Multimedia Learning built upon 70 years of prior research! I use this as an opportunity to seek a bit of advice. I will be very grateful if you can please help me with this: I am transitioning to science education from science. I teach in HigherEd now. I have a PhD in Biochemistry and an MA in Education with a specialization in Education Technology. I would love positions that enable me to conduct research on science education and Curriculum Development. using technology Do you have any idea how I can find such positions?"

I think your best bet might be to collaborate with the edtech faculty at your uni. You will each have a lot to offer one another!

@@RaymePastore Our University does not have edtech faculties, and I am on my own. I would be grateful for your suggestions. Thanks for the free PDF of your book on your website.
