Hi Dr Ray, I have recently come across your videos. I have a few questions. When designing a training, when do you decide which instructional approach to use based on the given training. For example a client has given me a source content. Is there a formula that a particular content we can use a problem based learning or for a particular training a scenario based learning is useful. How do you decide these things. Is there way I can connect with you personally? Please let me know.

There is no formula per se - it comes down to asking yourself whats the best way to teach these objectives that meets my scope, cost, time, quality, learners, etc demands
