Hello, Ray. I am currently wrapping up a M. Ed with a focus on curriculum and instruction. What kind of skills and knowledge do you see are most sought after in the field? I would appreciate your thoughts 🙂

Really depends what you want to do and what industry you are going to. It can vary a lot from understanding the ins and outs of software, to ID processes, evaluation, front end analysis, project management, etc.

Hi Ray. Do you find a Master's in ID is necessary? I've been in public education for 20 years, and have led a variety of teams and professional development seminars over the last 2 decades.

Depends what you are trying to do. For gov jobs its required. For corporate, most of the candidates will have it plus experience. It matters way more in 2024 then it did in 2021.
