Before i try and get into this sport, i have dislocated my right ring finger a number of times, (bar fights with Marines while i was in the Navy) will this sport put a lot of stress on that joint and dislocate it.

+Kurt Wagenman Stick to bar fights. Sport bowling is A LOT more taxing on the body. You have NO IDEA! Just Kidding. LOL

One not shown is the full roller (or maybe I somehow missed it), although such a release is very rarely used today ;)

You generate revs by finger rotation and how quickly you come out of the ball. Spinning the ball won't work because you won't get that good pin action all the time. Revolutions also come from staying behind the ball from a cuffed wrist position to an uncuffed wrist position.

How do you generate revs if you dont turn your wrist. Im a power tweener and i spin the ball and it seems to work great for me.

I watch all your videos and they have helped me so so much but releasing the ball is what I'm having so many problems with. I watch vids and you suppose to stay behind the ball and come out in a handshake position but all that does is makes the ball spin....I would like to get roll and turn, not spin....:(
