Rt. 81 Shenanigans

Intersection of Rt. 81 and 83 near Harrisburg, PA. White Ford Explorer can't stand being behind the black Volvo anymore so they pass on the shoulder. Seconds later, the Volvo realizes they're in the wrong lane and they cross the solid white line without looking, almost hitting the white Honda on the right.
