@@shomusbiologyofficial a doubt from your Sputnik-V video 11:35 Sir greetings first of all, I'm not from a biology subject background but loving to understand Vaccine and virus concepts on yoir channel. I had on doubt from 11:35 where you said a major disadvantage of vector vaccine where the antibodies generated by 1st dose can work against the 2nd dose's vaccine so more days means more antibodies to fight against 2nd dose so Sputnik took care of it but in. The case of COVISHIELD how can they say efficiency of vaccine increases with the time gap inbetween 2 doses... Won't it work reverse for covishield too as it's a vector vaccine so won't more antibodies of 1st dose will be there to fight against the 2nd dose which can be given very late at a higher gap of 6-8weeks??? Please reply me sir and clarify my doubt about covishield that 2nd dose antibodies will affect negatively the existing antibodies from dose 1??? So such big concept of existing antibodies attacking 2nd dose's vector makes a difference just of 20%(Sputnik 91% vs Covishield 70%)??? 4:13 you said "The reason behind this is the effectivity of anti-adenovirus or vector antibodies they drop and as a result the date of dosage increament helps" I didn't undertood this specific line 🥺 ... Does this mean dose 2 of covishield has less efficacy which results in higher efficacy of dose 1 as dose 1 vectors took longer time to produce more antibodies??? Please answer sir 🥺🙏🏻 I would like to understand this PS.: Yes I've watched your covaxin and covishield vaccine mechanism videos 🥰
