Tao Tao I never understand why Americans struggle to pronounce other country’s city names so much more than any other nation does they just seem to have no exposure to people from outside America pronouncing anything
@bkhai10416 жыл бұрын
123 456 Because like the rest of the world, when you try to speak another language, your accent and experience with said language is a big factor. On top of the fact, you can't even speak a lick of that language. Unless you honestly think, for example, that anybody not from America can pronounce their cities, capitals, and towns, with ease. If you do, you're hopeless.

There is a throwaway line in On Her Majesty's Secret Service where they allude to James Bond being a codename as Lazenby opens a drawer where there are mementos from previous movies being kept and 'Bond' makes a comment that "This never happened to the other fellow." Having it be a codename would also explain why Bond has been a top-level spy since the 1960's. I mean, if M and Q are codenames given to different people, why not James Bond?

I was surprised to see the amount of distaste people have for Jordan. I don't really care for him one way or another. But I'm curious what that's really about. Some of the comments I've seen seem weird and untrue. I'm only at 21:59. But I haven't noticed the others ignoring him or excluding him from the conversation. Or any tension between him and Gavin. If anyone feels like explaining their reasons that would be cool. Just curious.
