I highly recommend “Touch of life - Complete” this does a number of things other mods do in one. Terminal speed, wire length, invisible wall artillery flare fix, mininuke cause rads, no neg affinity, realistic hair, no map borders, smoke trails and shells casings stay on the ground, quieter npcs, ragdoll physics, fov and timescale options, and my favorite: HOLDING RELOAD LOWERS WEAPON. Can’t live without this mod.

He does a pretty good job of showing off the majority of them in the footage, although in no particular order. Many of the mods are either self explanatory or have been out for a long time and so are familiar to most of his viewers. There are also tons of videos spotlighting mods and bundles in detail, so if its already been covered and nothing has changed, there really isnt a point except to make the video even longer and tedious. It would be a ton of additional work.

Better Armory Mod (BAM) didn’t work for me, I realized after doing some digging I needed [SMM] Settlement Menu Management in order to run it, I don’t know if anyone’s pointed that out or not but It got missed on the mod list, still an amazing mod list and really enjoy your content!

May want to look into Extended Dialogue Interface. While Full Dialogue Interface has done the job for many of us for just as many years, Extended Dialogue Interface is more recent/up-to-date and provides features Full Dialogue didn't have, e.g. a smattering of cut, but appropriate, dialogue content; icons that indicate which lines continue a conversation and which do not; colored icons for persuasion options; etc. Very well done mod for those who may be looking for a dialogue alternative.

Great job with this mod/load order. I've been running this mod/lod order for a week now. I didn't have enough memory for all mods for some reason, left a few out. I had to disable Commonwealth 2.0, was getting encounters of massively difficult packs of dogs at less than level 5, a little too much for me to deal with. Also noticed that I couldn't get to far harbor, had to disable mods, get to house then turn mods back on again. Don't know which one was the problem. All in all you did a great job!

I really dont know how i feel about bullet time, on one hand: It's really cool. On the other hand, it feels very powerful and invalidates perception tree entirely.. essentially giving you more perk points, or completely making jet useless, and it also looks a little janky? like you need to use an item in your favourites don't you?

Idk how that particular Bullet Time mod works, but a good one will just replace the VATS button with immediate bullet time; such as the VAFS Redux on the Nexus Mods website. Also again, since idk about other mods, but the VAFS Redux scales with the perception tree. Lower perception = less slow-mow time; at least I think so. Haven't actually played FO4 in a long time.

Arbitration was never enough for me the game was still too easy for a survival, so what i dead loaded up war never changes, brutality hardcore, arbitration, immersive fallout, wasteland ballistics, legendary difficulty enemy scaling revamped. Now everything hits like a truck

Coming back to this load order 2 years later, so information for y’all, the author of Bullet Time has in fact fixed the issue with bullet time not applying on starting new game since this mod load order was released There’s also now an AiO mod for No Quest AutoStart so you can save some of those precious mod slots You should probably also be using the all in one for STS and not just the base game version, idk why he’s done that here. Also one more note. The author of Forsaken Institute Assassin says Armorsmith Extended actually has to be above their mod. In this load order it is below it, I would move it accordingly.

Another awesome mod for settlement customizing, the canvas prints mod. It adds a bunch of new big, high quality pictures to add to your settlements. Also one called "Terminator Synths" which just turns all of the synths into terminators. There is also an accompanying mod that changes the color of lasers and their weapon effects, making them purple. Which fits the terminators weapons. 🙂 Check them out. You won't regret it. Love the load order btw. I'm copying this load order, with a few of my own, right now. Thanks again for another great load order. I use yours for Skyrim too. My favorite game of all time. 🙂👍

A fps mod I use for both Skyrim and Fallout is Insignificant Object Remover. Even Boston doesn't really lag while using it and it only crashed when I filled sanctuary hills with clean teddy bears

Right so this is gonna be a long one: First of all you have great videos on the channel it was surprising to see that because i gave this video a glimpse KZbin recommended your Skyrim True RPG load order and followed that down to the bone (with the occasional replacements of my own) and i was blown away at playing skyrim once again. My first playthrough of the Skyrim special edition only had a small amount of mods installed and this was when i was ignorant enough to not realize that installing mods mid game was not a good idea, i had numerous crashes and frame drops but it was still quite the adventure. The problem i find with fallout 4 however is; One... this video is years old so there'll be new mods and old mods removed. Two... Fallout 4 was quite beautiful to begin with, sure there was still frame drops and bugs but it came along way at the time so many of the mods you highlighted mostly improve gameplay and changing things here and there which im not saying is wrong but i know there are more improvements that can be found. Three... Because of Bethesda's decision to limit the mod space to 2GB instead of skyrims 5GB is a bummer because there are so many great mods I've been experimenting with that i found it tiresome finding a new mod that looks good, start a new game, rinse and repeat the same game over and over. And from watching your video here it still looks underwhelming that the visual side of this looks like fallout. This wasnt a comment to poke fun at you by any means but more so that its disappointing that Bethesda didnt allow more mods to be installed and make it look and feel like the true RPG you want it to be. Even for someone like me that enjoyed the metro series there is the nuclear winter mod that actually changes the way fallout feels and plays out. All in all keep up the good work and stay safe

I have issues with the first mod, the UFO4 patch causes my game to crash à lot more than vanilla (it was the only mod I had installed and I couldn't even touch boston around goodneighbour without the game crashing)

fantastic vid! i really like your inclusion of legendary modifications and unique uniques, as they are two of my favorite mods. Speaking of which, though, do you think there would be any issues if i were to also use sim settlements 2? I dont think i see any major conflicts, but I haven't used quite a few of these mods personally, so I'm not sure. Overall though, seems like a great list, can't wait to try it out!

For me, I like to play on survival with my output damage at the 75% mark. It feels balanced to me but your able to change it whenever you feel.

Super late to the party I know. However. Being a sniper I absolutely love snipers of the Commonwealth not only do you get enemy snipers who know how to shoot. You get "zero" enemies who carry unique weapons as well. Adds a real challenge. Love your load orders love the videos. Much of what I know about load orders I learned from you good sir! Some people have been saying that "Arbitration" causes enemies to see you from extremely far distances and tends to break immersion, especially when stealthing. Do you know if the mods you have in this LO that are below "Arbitration" solve that stealth/view issue? Or, have you noticed enemies reacting to you from very far away?

I’m looking to properly jump back in to fallout 4 modding, i used to have loads of mods on xbox (more than i shouldve lol lots of crashing) i got a pc a few years ago and i modded the game a little bit but then i gave up and now i’m ready to start a full modded playthrough and this helps out a lot! these are great mods and i can tell this was well thought out. i will definitely use a lot of these and i’ve also subscribed. keep it up i love it 👊🏻
