I thought Colm Meany's character in the Star Trek series was great. He was a family man and married to Kako. His roles on ST:TNG and ST:DS9 showed the developement of his character. I liked him in Star Trek more then any other role I have seen him in;however, there was a lovely role he played in one film I liked. I can't recall it so well. His role in STAR TREK gave a glimpse into his persona off screen. His character in both series showed him, as a nice, devoted and dedication. It even allowed his humouress side come out. I know he is a good actor and can take on any role. I have some DS9 discs to watch and I can,not as a fan, but enjoy watching him in DS9. I liked the others in their roles too. I am pleased for him and his family that he is given so many roles to play. It would be nice to see him in Dr Who.
