Edward Williams Kuntam was born and brought up in Andhra Pradesh where his parents Satyadas and Rajamma were good Christian lay persons in the Church of South India and Indian Pentecostal Church, Eluru. He has good memories of studying in CSI English Medium School, St. Xavier's High School and Sir. C R Reddy College, all at Eluru.
After completing his BA in Economics and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management and Administration with advertisement as specialization, Edward worked as marketing manager for a cable-manufacturing unit, for three years. But, he had a great desire to advertise his master and savior, Jesus Christ, to the college and university students and therefore joined Union of Evangelical Students of India as student counselor in 1990. He ministered to students in most of the universities and colleges for ten years. He then became the State Secretary of Andhra Pradesh and gave leadership till 2006.
As the State Secretary, he traveled across the state and also in other parts of India to preached or took seminars in prestigious institutes like IIT Bombay, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Gundy, IISC Bangalore, JNU Delhi, Central University Pondicherry, JIPMER Pondicherry and CMC Vellore. As RZIM trained apologist he taught in their regional seminars on subjects like Logic, fallacies, and Pantheism. He taught spiritual leadership in Haggai regional seminars on subjects like spiritual leadership and communication.
Along with that, Edward has been the host of Nireekshana since 2000. Nireekshana is a weekly television show sponsored by CBN India and was aired on TV9 for over six years and now being aired on Sakshi TV four times a week. Over the years, his passion for sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ has made him to strive hard to reach out to millions of viewers. He was also the blogger and web interactive manager for an IPTV called “TipriTV’ that reaches the diaspora Indians. He has two post graduate degrees - MA advanced in Homiletics from SAIACS, Bangalore and MA in Christian Studies from Madras University.
Edward’s wife, Christy Rose, did her MA Theology at SAIACS. In the recent past, she was burdened to minister to the eunuchs and gays and therefore started a church for LGBT community at Eluru. Now, by the grace of God, Redeem Ministry grew to eight churches - for Hijras at Eluru, Sarpavaram, Palakole, Vijayawada, and Bhimavaram; and for gays at Amalapuram and Kakinada. The gay culture has become rampant in India after the government-legalized homosexuality, which anyhow was reversed by the Supreme Court. Edward and Christy are happy to be part of this unique ministry, which is very challenging in many ways. Apart from these churches, God also laid a burden to start a Church in the rural area of Bangalore, Yerrappannahalli. A Few years back the villagers never allowed a pastor to start a church but now by the grace of God, Redeem church is growing steadily. Christy and Edward are blessed with two daughters Sharon and Ruth, both born again and burdened to be part of the ministry in the Yerrappannahalli. Sharon is pursuing Mass media, Journalism and Psychology for her graduation. Ruth is pursuing Engineering.

Thank you RTF for discussing the most struggling issue for sisters coming from Hindu background. I was a Hindu and faced so much pressure from my family during my initial days of Christian life. But God’s unfailing love accepted me as I was and worked through all situations in my life and made me stand up for my faith today. Sisters who are struggling with this issue be encouraged. It is my humble request to the RTF members, not to get worried and discouraged due to the unworthy comments by some immature Christians. By your healthy and sensible discussions on various theological aspects, the Christian community is surely blessed. RTF is a great moment in the growth of the Univarsal church in thier knowledge. But the people those who opposed that they are not biblical standard and in my view they are not matured biblical Christians. Because as a theological student I clearly understood what you said is right. Because people those opposed they are not having knowledge one theological books or other Christan writing.

ఆర్ టి ఎఫ్ లో ఉన్న సహోదరులు అందరికీ మన ప్రభువైన ఏసుక్రీస్తు నామములో వందనములు. యుగాంతం గ్రంథం పై మీరు చేస్తున్న విశ్లేషణను నేను కూడా చూస్తున్నాను. యుగాంతం గ్రంథం పై నాది ఒక చిన్న సాక్ష్యం మీరు వినాలని యేసుక్రీస్తు నామములో ఎంతో కోరుతున్నాను . సహోదరులారా మాది ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ ప్రకాశం జిల్లా చీరాల. నా పేరు అరుణ కుమారి. నేను 1998 సంవత్సరం లో దేవుడు నన్ను దర్శించి నన్ను రక్షించాడు. అప్పటి నుండి యేసుక్రీస్తు ప్రభువు వారిని ఇంకా తెలుసుకోవాలి అనే ఆశతో ఆసక్తితో దేవుని సహాయము వలన చాలా మంది భక్తుల జీవిత చరిత్రలు చదివి ఏసుక్రీస్తును తెలుసుకొనుట లో ఎంతో ఆనందిస్తూ ఉండే దానను. ఆ క్రమంలో జాన్ బన్యన్ గారు వ్రాసిన యాత్రికుని ప్రయాణం చదివాను. ఆ తరువాత ఆయన రాసిన పరిశుద్ధ పోరాటం అనే పుస్తకం కూడా చదవాలని ఆ పుస్తకం కొరకు ఎదురుచూస్తూ ఉన్నాను. ఆ సమయంలో అంటే 2009 సంవత్సరంలో ఒక గురువారం రాత్రి నేను నిద్ర పోతూ ఉండగా నాకు ఒక కల వస్తూ ఉన్నది. ఆ కలలో ఒక దైవజనుడు నాకు కనిపిస్తున్నాడు. నేను ఆయన దగ్గరకు వెళ్లి జాన్ బన్యన్ గారు రాసిన పరిశుద్ధ పోరాటం అనే పుస్తకం నాకు కావాలి అని అడగ బోతుండగా ఆయన నా చేతులలో కొన్ని పుస్తకాలు ఉన్న కట్టను పెట్టాడు. వాటిని నా రెండు చేతులతో పట్టుకుని ఇవి నాకు పది రోజులకు సరిపోతాయి అని అనుకున్నాను. తెల్లవారింది కల గుర్తులేదు ఆ ఉదయకాలం 8:30 9 గంటలకు నేను టిఫిన్ చేస్తూ శుభవార్త టీవీ ఆన్ చేశాను. అందులో రంజిత్ ఓఫీర్ గారు దేవుని వాక్యం చెప్తున్నారు. నాకు అప్పటి వరకు ఆయన ఎవరో తెలియదు. అయితే వాక్యం వింటూ ఉండగా నెఫీలీలుల ప్రస్తావన వచ్చింది. ఈ నెఫీలులు ల గురించి ఎప్పటినుండో నేను తెలుసుకోవాలని ఎదురు చూస్తున్నాను. అయితే ఈ ప్రస్తావన రావడం తోటే చాలా శ్రద్ధతో వినాలని ఎదురు చూస్తున్న క్రమంలో వీరిని గురించిన పూర్తి వివరాలు నేను యుగాంతం అనే గ్రంథంలో రాశాను చదవండి మీకు తెలుస్తుంది అన్నారు. ఇక వెంటనే వారు ఇచ్చిన ఫోన్ నెంబర్ తీసుకొని వారికి ఫోన్ చేసి యుగాంతం అనే గ్రంథం నాకు కావాలి అని అడిగాను. అవతల నా ఫోన్ రిసీవ్ చేసుకున్న వ్యక్తి మీకు ఆ ఒక్క పుస్తకమే కావాలా లేక ఇంకా ఆయన రాసిన మిగిలిన పుస్తకాలు కూడా కావాలా అని అడిగాడు. అన్నీ ఎంత ఖరీదు అవుతాయి బ్రదర్ అని అడిగాను. కొరియర్ చార్జీలతో కూడా కలిపి 650 రూపాయలు అవుతాయి సిస్టర్ గారు అని సమాధానమిచ్చాడు. అలాగే బ్రదర్ నాకు అన్నీ కావాలి త్వరలో నేను మనీ ఆర్డర్ చేస్తాను అని నేను ఫోన్ పెట్టేసి నా బైబిల్ తీసుకొని ప్రార్ధించడానికి మోకరిస్తూ ఉండగా ఆ రాత్రి నాకు వచ్చిన ఆ కల ఆసమయంలో నాకు గుర్తుకు వస్తూ ఉన్నది. అదే సమయంలో అప్పుడే నేను చేసిన ఫోన్ కాల్ గుర్తుకు వస్తుంది. బాగా గమనించండి కలలో నేను దైవజనుని ఒక పుస్తకం అడిగితే కొన్ని పుస్తకాలు ఉన్న కట్టను నా చేతిలో పెట్టాడు. అలాగే నేను ఒక పుస్తకం కోసం ఫోన్ చేస్తే ఇంకా ఆయన రాసిన గ్రంథాలు ఉన్నాయి అవి కావాలా అని అడగటం. నాకు చాలా ఆశ్చర్యం వేసింది. ఆ ఉదయ కాలమంతా ఆ కల నాకు గుర్తులేదు నేను ఎప్పుడైతే ఫోన్ చేశానో అప్పుడు ఆ కల నాకు గుర్తుకు వస్తుంది. నాకు అర్థమవుతుంది దేవుడు తనను తెలుసుకొనడానికి నాకు ఇంకా ఏవో పుస్తకాలు పంపిస్తున్నాడు. ఎంతో ఆనందం, ఎంతో సంతోషం. వెంటనే వారి అడ్రస్ కు మనీ ఆర్డర్ చేశాను కొన్ని రోజులలోనే కలలో నేను చూసిన ఆ పుస్తకాల కట్ట నా చేతిలో ఉన్నది. దేవునికి కృతజ్ఞతాస్తుతులు చెల్లించి ఆ పుస్తకాలు చదవడం ప్రారంభించాను. కళ్ళు (ఆత్మీయ కళ్ళు) మిరిమిట్లు గొలిపే దైవ ప్రత్యక్షతలు అవి. నా హృదయం చెప్పనశక్యము కాని మహిమా యుక్తమైన ఆనందంతో ఎంతో, ఎంతేంతో పరవసించినది. క్రీస్తునందు సత్యమే పలుకుతున్నాను బ్రదర్స్. యుగాంతం గ్రంథం మీరు చేస్తున్న ఈ విశ్లేషణపై మీరు జాగ్రత్తగా ఉండాలని మనవి చేస్తున్నాను. ఎందుకంటే ఓపిర్ గారు అంటే ఎవరో నాకు తెలియని సమయంలో దేవాది దేవుడే నాకు తెలియజేసి దేవుడు ఆయన ద్వారా వ్రాయించిన గ్రంధాలన్నింటినీ ద్వారా తనని తాను ఎంతగానో బయలు పరుచుకున్నాడు. దేవునికే సమస్త మహిమ, ఘనత, ప్రభావములు. 🙏 🙏 🙏 కాబట్టి నా సోదరులారా దేవుడు ఈ తరం ప్రవక్త, అపోస్తలుడైన డాక్టర్ అద్దంకి రంజిత్ ఓఫిర్ గారిచేత వ్రాయించిన యుగాంత గ్రంథ విషయంలో మీరు బహు జాగ్రత్తగా వ్యవహరించాలని సవినయంతో మనవి చేస్తున్నాను. ప్రైస్ ది లార్డ్ జీసస్ క్రైస్ట్. 🙏 క్రీస్తునందు మీ సహోదరీ అరుణ

I think you all are missing a point here. 1. Some people's concern was clearly saying that, we could have avoided a person like lalit kumar garu who is definitely a persecutor of the Church. And we all know that it is true. We could have avoided him and approached someone who knows hinduism as much or even better than himelf. 2. Instead of trying to show love for an outsider like Lalit kumar, it would have been right if you showed some love for your own brothern who are following you and giving their opinions. 3. A forum like your loses patience and starts to answer each and every other person , how do you think, you will be justifying the forum objectives? This kind of a forum discussion must be for the edification of the church and not otherwise. Sorry brothers, you all are truly a blessing to many and God is using mightly for His works. And i dont think am anything to tell you all these things. But consider my humble request to please use your valuble time for more beneficial things than something like this. May the Lord guide us.
