Kids can call in to this military installation with messages for Santa that the commanding officer relays to Santa. It was started when, I think in the 60s, a kid called the installation's number by mistake thinking it was the North Pole, and wanted to talk to Santa, and the officer who received the call, rather than dash the kid's dreams, told him the installation was monitoring Santa's progress and he would relay the message. Just a nice story about a military man honoring a kid's innocence.

You should have a stream where you set zoning for a city and players have to build either small shops or homes or sky scrapers or whatever else that fits with the zoning for the city. You could also probably just ask for them to do designs for building like “build a good pokecenter” or theme for a part of town. It could be cool
