Just to be technical though, as someone that has manually done it every time, even when luck is maxed, 80% is definitely an extreme exaggeration. I'd say it's maybe a third of the time *max* that you get a 21 dealt to you. I've had to play a lot of hands even at 10 luck.

And IMO, it was already higher than one third of the time for me with 9 luck as far as I could tell. But yeah either way, you never need to actually think about what you're doing with 10 luck. You might still lose once in a while but not often enough to bother with strategy.
