independent bodies go themselves corrupt. Judiciary is independent, but probably more corrupt then politicians.. independent bodies will have absolute power, and absolute power corrupts absolutely... in my opinion there should be public control over each bodies through right to recall.. Lokpal without right to recall will be more powerful than politician and hence will be super duper corrupt..
