Watch Misha race the Bullitt mustang. Him and a Porsche were going at it! Through straights obviously the Porsche would pull away a bit or pass him but through corners Misha would pass the Porsche. It was f*cking lovely and an insane back and forth between the two.

145 under the first bridge with 450 hp if i’m not mistaken. Is it an OK result for this car? I usually see “slow” cars passing at around 130, so wanted to compare muscle car result with “proper” one. I drive challenger 5,7, not a sport car at all, and was kinda interested in how much muscle cars in general are slower than “proper” track cars. Thought with this amount of power and torque it should be around 160 kph. Thanks as always, it was a pleasure to watch, especially in winter :)

Those slower cars are typically lighter/have better handling to carry that speed through that corner. That or he just wasn’t pushing it pushing it

the cones at the entry were set up pretty tight so I'd say he went on the gas a bit later than usual...

Bridge is a bad spot to judge and compare the acceleration, i like to judge it by Lauda links speed, some cars are not safe to take it flat, but you can still have a clear picture. Yes, guy was right about the weight and keep in mind this car is manual, which makes it bit slower on the acceleration and Misha is not banging gears in cars that are nice and not beater Hondas for an example.

I love my full bolt on Ecoboost. It's been my work car for almost 10 years and 160k miles. Runs 12s and gets 35mpg highway I can't complain :)

Misha does it for the poeple that watch his channel and those people are making all the profits possible for him, so the opinion of the audience is highly valuable for determening the specifics of the demand. Its only logical that people would rather watch someone that doesnt cover their face or stares at his screen and that will make some people instantly turn off the video and some might just loose interest quicker because of it, but the vast majority enjoys people who are living in the moment and not turning their phone to record it, so that translates to happier audience, which increases the likelihood of them leaving a comment or a like and returning to watch more of his content.

It probably has a tiny advantage in corner speed because of a lighter engine but overall it'll lack in strength a bit.

Honestly don't think it'd be much slower around the ring if on similar tires and suspension. An EB is 200lbs lighter and most of that weight is shed from the front end. Power is obviously important but the ring isn't like Le Mans, there's not many opportunities to make up time with sheer speed.

The gears are too long, the pre facelift was better and you can order different final drive ratios too, which is noticeably different.

After 2018 4th is 1:1 and 5/6 are overdrive. It makes the car feel like garbage.

Nice driving mirsha. It seems a little slow for 470 hp. Shorting geariing would be better or worse for a car like the Mustang on that track? Doesnt look there was much more room for error and you werent hitting MPH on some parts even at the beginning i would have thought that car could do. Again nice driving

Its mainly the 2-3 split.. and you have several different rear gear ratios depending on spec or ordering.. The 15-17 manual is stronger trans, better split, shorter 1st gear & with 3.73 is great..

The gearing on the facelift model is longer than on the pre facelift. Also depending on what diff ratio you ordered it will impact acceleration and top speed as well. For example my pre facelift performance pack Mustang tops out at 240-250 kph in 5th gear, the facelift can go 250 in 4th. For a NA engine I would say shorter gearing is always better, but it can't be too short. But I feel the facelift gearing is a bit too long for proper track/sport use.
