Go with the 5950 if you have actual work that needs more cores or if you want to make gameplay KZbin videos. It is most for show off. Then if you go with AMD, opt for a 6900XT. You can have an 6900XT + Ryzen 5900 for the money of an RTX 3090. Unless you care about RayTracing, you have lots of money or you can have any special discounts, it is not wort getting an RTX 3090.

4:20 Here is a reason: If you increase the rad area you can have the similar temps but vastly lower fan speed. 1500rpm sounds loud to me. If you have a large case and a stupid amount of free fans, why not? I have 480 and 360 in a caselabs merlin, push pull on both with 15 sanace fans. They sit at 400rpm and go to about 750rpm gaming. I have never seen the GPU (1080ti) go over 50c even in hottest summer days with 30c+ ambient. It is overkill i know, thats the way i like it 😁 It is suprising what you can get out of a single rad though, certianly impressive considering the amount of heat. I could forgive a computer that is small and powerfull being abit louder under load.
