@@rtx3060g6 it's better but it's not available brand new here in India, here you can only get the 6750xt brand new for around 75$ more which is worth it but expensive and if we have to go second hand the 3080 is available which is far better

Unreal engine 5 in a nutshell also look how many ram this game uses it's happening because ue5 is probably loading shaders in real time which causes stuters the solution to this is just playing the game I know that because I had this issue for like a 2 weeks after that it was kinda fixed

You could set reflections to max they should stay at high because there is a big fps decrease and you won't notice any better clarity in those reflections so yeah that could be the reason too
