There are rumors the RTX 5090 from Nvidia will not give us a substantial performance increase compared to the RTX 4090. I really hope rumors are wrong because i want at least something 2 times faster than my RTX 3080 for me to be willing to upgrade and to make 8K 60 FPS gaming and 4K high refresh a consistent reality lasting throughout the whole generation at the very least.

I play at 4k 60 hz primarily. I have a 1440p 144hz gsync monitor as well but 4k just looks sooooo much better than 1440p, and I dont really notice much of a difference between 60 fps and 144 fps personally. So I stick to my 4k 65" tv.

@@skillboosthd1998 Yes , I did. Im not new to PC hardware, ive been building them for over 20 years . It just isnt very noticeable to me. Obviously I see a very slight difference, but it dosnt make much of an impact at all. 4k 60 fps is overall a MUCH better experience than 1440p 144 fps imo.

Using the in game benchmark I found out that the problem with dlss frame generation in mw3/warzone “3” is that the generated frames only count as frames that the cpu can output instead of both the cpu and gpu frames so it only actually fully works at really low resolutions For example the benchmark without fg for me is 260 fps average on cpu and 237 on gpu and with fg enabled my cpu fps average is 453 but my gpu is still in the 230s

To achieve resolution higher that 8K assuming that you have the native 8K monitor you simply have to set rendering resolution to something over 8K. Basically over native resolution of your monitor

You won't hit 200 all the time, but I max out my 165 hz 1440p monitor a majority of the time with the x3d

If you only game, use the 7800x3d. Will give you few more fps and easier to cool. However the 13600k won’t give you a bottleneck too and is better in working tasks. For overall performance go for 13600k. For gaming only 7800x3d. Price is close to equal.
