the X3D is the best cpu for gaming, it is true, but it will always be better to dedicate more budget to the video card, 7700x is substantially cheaper, it already makes good competition to raptor lake, and if it is already able to reach the FPS supported by that monitor, it doesn't need more.

its a known issue with fortnite nothing wrong with ur pc. pretty sure its just shaders rendering and after a few matches stutters should go away.
