Great looking yet simple pattern. In replace of rubber legs, I’ve used dyed anthers. Less durable but decent movement. 👍

For some reason it is hard to get the 5/32" bead onto that size 8 curved caddis hook. How do you do it? Do you have problems with it at all?

Great fly. I tie a very similar fly that is my best steelhead fly, only i use blue wire for the body, and smoke legs, with black biots. I call it blue magic.
