Hey Mark, if you are looking for a different challenge more suited to your body type you might want to check out the Omnium on RGT Tuesday nights. It's 4 sprint events back to back, typically a Devil race (~400m laps with the last place rider each lap going out till you have last man standing), a ~300m sprint, a mini time trial ~5km, and finally a short 5km to 10km scratch race. As a sprinter myself, I can tell you it's a blast... and it's all flat...

Have been getting video withdrawal symptoms since your last update so glad to see you are getting over the lurgy. These are worrying times to pick up an illness. Another great video with plenty of the usual humor. Its not just the power output that is impressive but the incite into the thought process on how to use that power to your best advantage. This makes your videos so motivating. Your team now needs to ride a flat race like a time trial and drag you to the end so that we can see that power bring your first overall win. Good luck and keep up the good work.

Great work mark your really coming along in the Zwift world, on the team TTT pairing screen is your friend. Once the banner drops go into pairing screen and you can still pedal and this will stop your trainer going to sleep. You won’t move off the line. 1 min before you go come out of the pairing screen and your good to go (stop peddling first).

One thing I learned when doing TTTs. Some trainers go to 'sleep' when you stop pedaling for too long. Depending on your wait time, if you go to the pairing screen, you can keep pedaling and keep the trainer connected

This is great! My team asked me to go get some sprinty points this week, and I took the opposite tack to you - went for the First-Across-The-Line points, because 1 minute power is my thing, so I attacked on the Legsnapper climb on each lap and then rolled down the other side and through the sprint. 2 1sts and a 2nd, and then the long slow winch up that stupid mountain.

Nice work on the vids. Good to see some other normal entry level riders reporting content. Tip I've noticed for TTT is sit in the pen under your pair screen to keep pedalling and keep your device active. When you here the go from your team jump out of pair and off you go. Good luck keep being average 🤣

Good to see I'm not the only ZRL rider out there just trying to get myself above the Average line in my attempts to help my team - congrats on the sprint tactics/points! Couple of things about your video: 1) You can see individual lap sprint times for top times by going into the Primes tab on ZP within that race, I found it recently. 2) Oof, that TTT start/issues was painful to see, tech issues are even worse than just being crap in a race 3) Keep on with the movie references, haters gonna hate! 👍

Well the team will certainly be pleased in the return on investment for inviting you in (despite the first two races). Scoring more points than all of them combined from the snapshot you showed. I would say making a video about it is giving the game away, but the result is so outstanding that the other teams have probably noticed anyway. Great video Mark, and congrats on the sprint points! Your kickr bike looks very stable on the rocker plate under load, how have you "attached" the bike to the rocker plate? I have my kickr bike on a rocker plate and it is just attached via velcro straps which loop over the legs and front of the bike. Even with my mediocre sprint, I'm able to make the whole kickr bike slide on the rocker plate, which is not good! Cheers, and keep up the great videos!
