Schon interessant das man mit einem GT3 Porsche eine Rallye Meisterschaft gewinnt. Wobei ja wohl überwiegend auf Asphalt gefahren wird. Auf den Schotter Strecken schien es mir auch als würde der Porsche sich dort nicht ganz so heimisch fühlen.

The car was sold to Václav Pech in the Czech Republic at the end of 2015 because, in its condition at the time, it would no longer have complied with the rally regulations in 2016. But to answer your question, all rally cars in germany need to be street-legal, as they drive through normal traffic between the stages.
