Hi I'm using the blue handheld card copier,(the same one on your desk) seems like I'm able to read my card but I can't write it to a blank card. The frequency is the same. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks

Looks like a frequency mismatch, either writing on wrong cards or device is unable to read full card due to encryption or frequency mismatch

Hi, is it possible to write more than one code to a single fob or card, let's say so I can access two different door locks with the same card for example?

You can not write more than one code to a card. But you can register same card on two different independent locks (if you have admin access on lock) Some types of card can have two numbers but generally those are two different frequency. Such as IC + ID

@@FairPriceAE there are some dual frequency cards on the market. Not sure if you can write both separate frequencies onto them but in theory you should be able as these cards have separate circuits/chips

If its a Rubik CloneFlex card, up to 10,000 times it can be re-written, And up to 100,000 time is card life

Yes you can. These are quick steps Turn on device Press Ok The press Input Enter your number Press Ok Press Write on new card Done It will work. Any non working card have other possible reasons.

thanks for the video, I was able to read my card and it turned out to be dual frequency, 125khz and 250khz, where can I buy a card like this?

actually it's just 125khz, when I used scan it showed 250khz and sometimes 125khz, then when I copied to the bundled 125khz card, and used scan the device also read it as 250 and sometimes 125

Do you have the software that comes on the device to run on Windows? The exe that came with mine is outdated and I'm looking for an updated version of the software.

It is in the device. Device can not be upgraded unless it shows a message on screen stating update required. Once you plugin the device with PC, you will see a removable drive in THIS PC containing decoder application. Ensure your Antivirus is disabled OR you may not find the decoder.
