Cool story bro! Liked it. Can you please put up a video of how you've set up your remote hi-hat? I really wonder how to do that, and I think you are one of the good ones to explain so, in a detailed way. I would really appreciate that :)

yep ... the old school way of solving those!! That's the way I learned how to do it in the 80's also!!!

Shit. If I could get two sides done, I would put it away and not let anyone touch it for months. Not really. If I wanted to solve my rubiks cube I would also use the brute force way. But my brute force wasn't quite as graceful as your brute force. I'd turn one side about 1/8rd turn and pop the corner piece off. It's amazing how all the other pieces would follow. And putting it back together was funner than '52 Pickup. You know what they say... If the shoe fits, find another one just like it.

At one point I was on a rubik's kick but never thought to record it. Ha ha. Good thing I didn't, most of my work was done in the bathroom.Oddly enough, I have a 4X4 and 5X5 cube, and the 5X5 was easier to solve. I only solved the 4X4 once and got lucky in doing so.
