The women on The View represent something. Each one of them thoroughly enjoys giving strong political opinions, or opinions about the beliefs of other people. All seem to believe they have the highest character known to mankind, or pretty close to it. They could all have run for political office for many years now, and be held accountable for results. But they do not want to try and do that. They would rather just give their opinions, and a few of them go on CNN as well. Do we have a lot of people in the media across the networks who want to be armchair quarterbacks to elected officials, but never risk being held to account for results? This applies to male pundits as well. One reason we as Americans have the elected leaders we do is because a lot of Americans choose not to run and campaign for office. If the Bowles-Simpson Commission represented something in what it addressed, then it probably represents a way of thinking that has gone awry. What I would ask the people in America if I could is this: Do you think you should be taking the viewpoint of a pundit more seriously than that of an elected leader? I think we can give our political candidates for office credit for campaigning, risking losing, and putting themselves in the position of being accountable to people for results in terms of elections. I just begin to think we are in trouble if we start believing television pundits are more courageous and are superior to our elected leaders.

I do not understand why I am made to believe I am an inferior person in America and Las Vegas, as if I am incapable doing much. I thought earlier in my life that I might get to have some enchanting work solving some complex problems. I did complete a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Arizona in 1995, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix in 2001. But otherwise I have been made to feel almost useless in America. I worked in fast food as one of my first jobs, as well as unloading merchandise from trucks, and remember being bored by these jobs. Would I be trapped in that kind of life. All of my relatives are able to make me feel terribly inferior, and believe I am a financial failure. The girlfriend of a nephew, and she is a hairdresser, can make me feel that way. I have resisted getting a haircut for a long time because they can bring on feelings of intense misery and failure being around them.
