All we know is that we are able to send orders and mission objectives to do and they will do it emo long as it supports the campaign or war they are currently taking place in. Instead, it's a case of starting at madness, and then continuing, while the soul of whoever who made and ran the operation physically transcends to a higher plane to essentially watch every person who played the op, on a spiritual level, and say to them, "buckle up buckaroo, you ain't seen madness yet"

There is an abandoned(i think) game on steam called E.Y.E. divine Cybermancy that plays pretty much this. But with cybernetic augments, and mind powers. Katanas, rocket launchers, and predator level of jumping. Hacking, lots of hacking through enemies. Robots, and oblivion level skills/character creation. 11/10 story and action.
