She will be giving an insight into her life and her experience of mental illness after being admitted to a mental health hospital; she’ll also be sharing stories of her biggest interviews and why her own children threw her out of their recent stage show!

You are so utterly, ignorantly wrong. Ruby Wax is an Oxford graduate, was awarded an OBE for services to Mental Health, and I believe is one of the best Mental Health advocates on the planet - and for: the best. For every Book, Show and Interview she has produced, she has given incomparable knowledge and advise on dealing with, as she puts it: "The sh*tshow in your head". She has given a voice to those who cannot find theirs regarding such life-threatening subjects as Depression, and the Stigma of Mental Illness. "Because your friends say to you, 'Oh c'mon, show me the lump, show me the x-ray', and of course: you got nothing to show - so you feel really disgusted with yourself". Secondly, many of the methods she has investigated and documented simply don’t work and certainly haven’t worked for her and she is open about this. So then why another book about more snake oil techniques? Well, because that’s her business model of late: a new book and a new tour about the book detailing flawed techniques and coping methods - let’s all have a laugh about it.
