I had a Dawn in 1970 and I thought she was almost a smaller Barbie. I didn’t have the fashions. But, I love the long blonde hair. I got a reproduction in the drug store. I was very young in the early 1970’s. Nobody went out with curlers or runs in hose. The clear nail polish still works on runs.

I collect antique dolls, vintage Barbies' and.......Dawns! My favorite thing about Dawn is are their liiiiitle tiiiiiny LASHES! And how on a very gloomy day, with Dawn and Barbie, we get all those groovy COLORS!!! NEVER STOP BEING A CHILD AT HEART, FOR SUCH IS THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN. LOVE THESE VIDEOS! I am a widow, never had children. No longer have money, but God has and continues to bless me with...... DOLLS! 🤗

I love Dawn.I had her and her friends. I got rid of them but, recently I got them all back and was able to get Gary which I wanted but never had until now. They are all so beautiful and take me back to my childhood. I love dolls! This is great!

I remember those dolls because my sister and I had them. Of course as we grew up all the dolls were given away. Later in life I bought a reissue of Angie on the internet because all the original Dawn dolls were so very expensive. She was very modern and hip compared to other dolls.

I was looking for more history on dawn dolls because I had a bunch from a reproduction line at KB toys and my dad also passed me some he had from his sister, the original 70s dolls. They were always so pretty with such adorable clothes! They were just smaller Barbies for me and I loved it!
