Bamboo shoots ki sabji bhi banati hai hamare gharme. Bahot achchi hoti hai sehat ke liye.Per hum use rat ko katakar pani me bigokar rakhate hai kokam ke sath.subah 2-3 bar pani se achchitarah masalkar dhote hai aur fir sabji me usaka use hota hai. Aisehi bamboo shoot katakar namak haldi ke panime dalkar preserv karate hai . Yeh kahi mahinotak waisehi rahata hai. Jab use karna hotahai to usaka ek tukada lekar use achchi tarah se dhokar fries ke shape mepatale patale katate hai use mirch powder thoda namak aur rice flour lagakar fry karake khate hai bahot achcha lagata hai.
