Ruchi, most of the cauliflower flavour is in the stalks and leaves. Instead of throwing them away, You can peel or cut off the rough outer edges of the stems if they have become hard, roast them well in a little oil and garlic and blend them to make cauliflower soup with chicken stock seasoned with salt and pepper, or you can make cauliflower mash out of them after roasting and eat with rice and butter. The ziplock bags odin was mixing the cornflour and flour in, he can marinade some chicken in orange juice, honey, salt and a little chicken seasoning powder and ginger powder, mix the marinaded around in the bag with a little cornflour and a dash of msg powder and then bake them or air fry them after spritzing a little olive or sesame oil on them. You can garnish with pepper flakes or garlic chives or both. Loved the vlog as usual, odin always cooks yummy food, cant imagine how it is to survive in such cold weather, i would never even get out of bed probably.❤

I would suggest to use wheat floor instead of maida in noodles that will be more healthy for odin evan and you also i know it tastes lit weird but if on daily basis you are using maida then its not healthy although evan is small now so he will develop the habit of eating whole wheat noodles baki its totally depends upon you
