Recipe is very good sir, but the method you used to soak millet is not correct. As you know foxtail millet has very good fiber but to get benifit of these fibres the millet have to be soaked for minimum 5-6 hours or overnight. Also, the soaked water should not be discarded, it contains water soluble vitamins and essential minirals which are very good for our health. Hope to see more receipies from you using millets 🙏
