ರುಚಿಕರವಾದ ಹಾಗೂ ಗುಂಡಗಿನ ಪಡ್ಡು ಮಾಡುವ ವಿಧಾನ / tasty and round paddu recipe

ingredients :
ಉದ್ದಿನಬೇಳೆ / urad dal ( split or round ) - 3/4 cup
ದೋಸೆ ಅಕ್ಕಿ / dosa ( ration ) rice - 2.5 cup
( 1:3 ratio )
ಮೆಂತ್ಯ ಕಾಳು / fenugeeek seeds - 1/2 tsp
ಸಣ್ಣದಾಗಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿದ ಈರುಳ್ಳಿ / finely chopped onion - 1 cup
ಸಣ್ಣದಾಗಿಹೆಚ್ಚಿದಹಸಿಮೆಣಸಿನಕಾಯಿ / finely chopped green chilli - 5
ಹೆಚ್ಚಿದ ಕರಿಬೇವು / chopped curry leaves - 2 strip
ಹೆಚ್ಚಿದ ಕೊತ್ತಂಬರಿ ಸೊಪ್ಪು / chopped coriander leaves - little
ಉಪ್ಪು / salt - as per taste
ಸಕ್ಕರೆ / sugar - 1/2 tsp
ಅಡುಗೆ ಸೋಡಾ / baking soda - a pinch
ಎಣ್ಣೆ / oil - 2 tbsp
