That's a good idea with the tool box I had several cabinets I just got rid of that would've worked perfectly for that. Hell no. Happy to see you finally got success with that nightmare. Heat always works the best.

I think you inherited your dads tinkering genes! Have you tried to get some sheets of cardboard and make a template and then using the template to mark you plywood?

I have thought about it... but that would make too much sense and make it easier, ... who wants that? Half the fun is watching me struggle.. :-) Thanks for your input.

@@nauticalnonsense5953 I was thinking of carboard templates as well, shipwrights use them all the time.
