Rude Customer Mistreats Black Business Owner. Shocking Ending

Tom Walsh is looking to rent office space for his business. He has an appointment with a commercial office building but is having issues with their customer service. When he arrives at the building to view the space, the unit is still being cleaned. Tom lashes out at the employee, thinking she is merely the cleaning lady.
