Meditation to Heal your Vishuddha Chakra
• Cross your fingers on the inside of your hands, without the
thumbs. Let the thumbs touch at the top, and pull them slightly
up.
• Concentrate on the Throat chakra at the base of the throat.
• Chant the sound “HAM”.
Vishuddha Chakra as Throat Chakra located at the center of your throat. It is your seat for knowledge, communication, and realization of the higher self, intellect, and enhanced awareness. Beej mantra for meditation on this Chakra is HAM. Daily meditation with this mantra resonates with the vibration of the chakra and balances Vishuddha Chakra.

@@Sakhashree When I do this Meditation and the Mantra ham ( wonderful) I hear a sound like "sssss" which comes from the throat. The Sound is like this noise which is used in movies, when someone starts to dream. Also when I meditate on the sixtj Chakra a similiar noise, which seems to come out of the head, is to hear. I assume that this are normal signs.
