What statements did he publish, which statements were determined to be false, which statements were determined intentional false publishing? (E.g. prior mayor or poster child are all red herrings, and seeking help from the community should have no relevance since the courts are supposed to act independently without sway or interference from peer pressure). I do hope that the mob mentality of a pendulum movement in one direction will not deprive access to due process for the opposition.
