My band is opening for Quiet Riot in May in Nevada. Can't wait to meet Rudy! My first concert was Ozzy in 1982, Providence RI!

Rudy is one of my favorite Rockers. In 2010 I attended R&R Fantasy Camp in Philly and Rudy was a counselor. We had several interactions with Rudy, all pleasant. Rudy showed me 'power chords' during one jam session and we talked at breakfast one morning. Previously my wife and I had seen Rudy playing bass for Blue Oyster Cult and he did a memorable medley of greatest hits from all of the different bands he had been involved with. Always love to see interviews with Rudy.

The first time I saw Rudy play was with Ozzy in 1982. The most vibrant memory of the show - besides hearing Randy play those great songs - was Rudy playing the intro bass line to Believer while shaking that massive hairdo. Next thing I know, he’s on MTV with QR. The only time I saw QR was for the QR3 tour with Poison opening in 1986. Chuck was on bass, though. QR was definitely on the downswing. Many people were there to see the opening act since they just started to get a buzz going.

Back in 1994 ish, I used to have deep philosophical conversations with Rudy at LA Fitness, Sherman Oaks, CA, and Rudy is one of the most intelligent people I’ve ever spoken with - and we didn’t even talk music. He’s good people, definitely a great conversationalist

I was fortunate enough to get a copy of Ron's book/DVD 2-3 years ago while it was still available. Ron and Mark really need to get that re-print of it out there for anyone that missed out on it. It was VERY well done, and more people need to be aware of it and have the opportunity to get it!!!

I saw Quiet Riot a few years ago when James Durbin was the singer.Chuck was playing bass.I saw them in the 80's with kick axe and whitesnake..I have a new appreciation for them now.Rudy is a legend! I really enjoyed watching this and listening to the stories.

I saw the reformed version of Quiet Riot in the 1990’s. Rudy and Carlos were as they always had been cheerful and positive. Frankie (RIP), maybe having a bad day, was grouchy and Kevin (RIP) was a little distant. It was a good show but the road can be a grind. I was glad I’d seen QR. It must have been crazy to see QR at their “Metal Health” highpoint.

Amazing show Jason. My first memory of Quiet Riot is hearing Slick Black Cadillac, but at the time I had no idea what band I was listening to. Took a few years undtil that penny dropped, so to speak. Mark is always a great guest with such positive energy. And the stories on this book with Missy and Ron was just great!
