I am Japanese. English is not my first language, so I apologize if the text is not very understandable. When I watch the Rugby World Cup, I see that almost all teams play rugby while using 4 pods. When I look at international rugby sites, they explain how efficient a form of attack the pod is, why it is important, and why it is the basic unit of attack in modern rugby, and as a rugby player from a time when there were no pots (until 2007-8), I find it frustrating that I cannot understand what is happening on the field in modern rugby. As a rugby player in the days when there were no pots (until 2007-8), I was frustrated that I could not understand what was happening on the field of modern rugby, so I researched and studied the literature, both domestic and international, and took a great deal of effort until I mastered the view of the pods. BK are combined, it is moderately difficult. In soccer commentary, the discussion begins with the formation. When I watch soccer, understanding the formation of a team allows me to deeply understand the offense and defense of the game and makes the game more interesting to watch.

Excellent breakdown. Been seeing this shape a lot more and hoping to find out more about this. Good stuff. Curious as to what you think the benefits of the various shapes are? Such as 1-3-3-1, 2-4-2 and the old school 3-3-2

Yes and veges and fruit the sugar mostly passes through you because of how the human body digests plant matter. Whereas refined sugars are easily absorbed by the body leading to health problems associated with excess consumption of sugar. Notice these morbidly obese people say they only eat what a person of a healthy weight but we know they're lying . Because the fact they're morbidly obese means their calorific consumption is way above what their bodies need for function. They are deluding themselves .
