How would you set this drill out. As in what metres to out cones on?
@GYMVUK4 жыл бұрын
I set a different distance for different positions. You should rest for the same time as the effort. You could even set very specific distances for every player. Check out some MAS videos.

Why do some guys run short of the other guys, where the push up is?

What percent effort do you have the boys going at? I’m never sure how hard I should run these type of conditioning drills.

Ideally you'd use MAS to determine each players distance but in this video we just used different distance for positions. I've made a video on MAS which is worth a watch.

What do you call the first drill?

This is called Maximal Aerobic. Different positions have different distances to run.
