@@Andrew-fy9wu no I'm not high ( thats the sort of comment weedy little nerds make)and as I said Manly got the penalty, i can remember this game..Regan was a very dirty player and attempted to keep charging at Eadie way after he kicked it. Regan would constantly do this sort of stuff and basically he copped what he deserved.
