In this video, I'm back in good ole Wilmington, North Carolina, my college beach town, for the first time in three years.
My former teammates and I warmed up for the annual UNCW Men's Rugby alumni match with a little jiu-jitsu. Rugby players "Try" Jiu-Jitsu. Anyone?

Hey mate ... Ex Rugby Player and now BJJ Fanatic Here. What Position did you play in Rugby and what kind of Style do you play now in BJJ? Since i was a Flanker and all about Jackling. I love Stacking my BJJ Opponents - BJJ is hella fun would have loved to do it earlier to adapt some stuff for rugby. cheers keep the content rolling
