There have only been 2 referees in my lifetime that have ever commanded the players. Respect. Collina in soccer and the indominatible mister Nigel! Owens in my humble opinion has been the best ever in any sport. His balance of discipline and humour is exemplary. All players respect him which must be the greatest judge of any sport.
