BEAST BRIGADE take the Army 7s Rugby team through a tournament fitness Test. 40m in distance with cones placed 5m apart and staggered by 4m.
The Athlete start the test by on the floor then running forwards then backwards back to the start, then running directly to the far pole. When at the far pole the get to the floor and back up then navigate the staggered cones which are off set by 4m then back to the start position (on the floor). This is 1 repetition.
there will be a rolling clock and a stop watch for each athletes accumulated time. stop the stopwatch every time the Athlete completes their set.
Set 1 - (1 Rep) starts at the start of the test
Set 2 - (2 Reps) starts at 1 minute
Set 3 - (4 Reps) starts at 3 minutes
Set 4 - (1 Rep) starts at 6 minutes
The Army Athletes are expected to achieve 3:40
