I remember way back at the first World Cup in 1987 when the All blacks posted a record score against Japan. By memory, it was something like 145 - 0 with Marc Ellis scoring 5 tries.. Look at where the Japanese team is today, giant beaters. So take heart Russia, everyone must start somewhere & build a following like Japan did. Just don't get so good too fast cos nobody wants to go to Russia for a World Cup, it's too cold!

A shock defeat to Japan..22 turnovers conceded,conceding scrum penalties and breakdown turnovers and for 20 mins Russia were down 14 players for 20 min We.have to endure the unendurable. The Japanese samurai used to commit seppuku (hara-kiri) to restore honour. No imagination. Performance so far is utterly shocking.

Can I just say, these are proper highlights! If you missed the game, this would make you feel like you saw everything important. Not like the paltry things put out by more official channels

Rather sloppy ball handling on both sides. Congratulations to Ireland for the win, but to be honest they still didn't look that great, except for that gorgeous final try. --an American pulling for Ireland

I laughed at that. His accent slips in-between Gael and Saxon half a dozen times in these short interviews the players have to do. Beast of a game again, and we're on track to go past the groups, which is all any rugby fan can fairly ask for, or not?

hi, My name is Ava, most of y’all won’t even care but I get bullied for liking rugby and soccer and stuff, everybody says I have to be a proper girl and stuff. Yes, I know, it’s a sport, who even cares? Soccer and rugby isn’t just for boys and men.

The referees dishing out cards like HIV is ruining the game. Russian players are committed to the clean out and already in motion while Irish player decides to sit on the floor.
@niallmahon8005 жыл бұрын
Under the new rules that does not matter. Head contact is enough to give a yellow card, they were also off their feet and you must clear out in a controlled manner. Alot of confusion in the new rule set, hence the poor and inconsistent refereeing.
